Gigabyte AORUS FO27Q3 360 Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor Review

Earlier this year at CES we saw quite a lot of OLED displays. It seems in just a short time OLED technology has really progressed. While OLED panels are known for their vivid colors and clarity, many fast-paced gamers have passed on them because they are more concerned about performance. Well that is all about to change as we have an awesome display here from Gigabyte that might check all of the boxes for gamers. It is the AORUS FO27Q3 and it’s a 27-inch display featuring a QD-OLED panel, 1440p resolution, 360 Hz refresh rate, 0.03 ms gray-to-gray (GTG) response time, a DisplayHDR True Black 400 rating, built-in KVM, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support! Is this the gaming monitor you need to get in 2024? Read on as we find out!

Special thanks to Gigabyte for providing us with the FO27Q3 360 Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor to review.

Packaging

The AORUS FO27Q3 comes in a very nice retail box that has a picture of the display on the font and it lets us know the resolution and screen size. On the back of the box you get a picture of the back of display.

Unlike a lot of display boxes where you have to take the entire display out, this one opens up more like a normal box so you can easily take your cables and stand out first. Besides the stand you’ll get an HDMI cable, DisplayPort cable, USB cable, power adapter, power cables for 3 different countries, and a user’s guide.
