What curriculum is provided?
- At MA our Centers based learning provides children with opportunities for making choices, working with others, being involved in hands-on activities, and becoming fully engaged in learning. In contrast, traditional classroom formats, in which children must remain quiet and at their individual desks for most of the school day, may discourage children's active engagement in learning, prevent them from taking responsibility for their behavior, and make going to school a generally unpleasant experience. Children are grouped according to their academic abilities instead of their age.

What activities do the after school students participate in?
- A variety of activities are included in the daily schedule. The daily schedule is to complement the school schedule, providing children with a healthy snack after school, a quiet time for homework, and the opportunity to play with friends and develop respectful relationships. Projects and games are included in the options for children throughout the week. Our goal is to balance the planned activities to support each child's development and interests. Computer time will be for educational and homework use only.
